Privacy Policy
Last updated
CoinScreener is operated by NT Labs Pty Ltd, Australia. This policy covers our website and apps, including older versions. It explains what information we use, why we need it, and the choices you have.
Account information
You can browse our website without an account. When you use an account, we receive account details and information from your sign-in provider, such as your name and email. Guest access, where available, uses an anonymous identifier.
Preferences and notifications
We store your watchlists, preferences, and read activity. If you enable notifications, we use device and delivery information to send them. You control feed and notification preferences separately.
Purchase information
We receive purchase and subscription records to provide paid access and billing support. These include what you purchased, renewal dates, and subscription status. Payment providers handle the payment details you submit at checkout.
Usage and technical information
We process IP addresses, device and browser information, pages viewed, approximate location, and diagnostic logs to understand usage and keep the service working. If you contact support, we also process the information you send us.
Cookies and your choices
Google Analytics is optional on www.coinscreener.ai and app.coinscreener.ai. We load it only after you accept analytics; rejecting it prevents Google Analytics measurement. Advertising consent stays denied. Your browser stores your choice in the csai_consent cookie, shared across these two websites for 180 days (about six months). You can accept, reject, or withdraw through Cookie settings on either website. Withdrawal stops future measurement and removes accessible Google Analytics cookies; it does not delete data already collected.
Essential cookies and local storage support sign-in, checkout, saved settings, and notification controls independently of analytics consent. Rejecting analytics does not sign you out, cancel subscriptions, or change notification permission. Browser controls can clear stored data, but doing so may sign you out or reset preferences. If your browser cannot save consent, analytics stays off and we may ask again on your next visit.
How we use information
We use information to provide and secure your account, personalize your feed, deliver notifications, manage subscriptions, answer support requests, and improve the service. We also use records where needed for accounting, legal obligations, or disputes.
Who we share information with
Stripe processes web payments, RevenueCat manages subscriptions, and app stores handle in-app purchases. With your analytics consent, Google Analytics measures usage on our public website and V3 web app, including pages viewed, device information, and approximate location. We do not send account identifiers to website analytics. Older apps use Firebase Analytics, which may be linked to an account; their controls are separate from this browser consent.
We share relevant information with cloud hosting, sign-in, payment, and notification providers to deliver the service. Payment and sign-in providers may also process information under their own privacy policies. Our providers operate internationally, including in Japan and the United States. Contact us for more information about where your data is processed.
Moving from an older app
When you move to a newer app, we use verified account information to connect your accounts and transfer available purchases, watchlists, and preferences. This does not automatically delete your older account or its records.
Keeping information secure
We use access controls to protect your information, but no service is completely secure. Retention depends on whether information is still needed for account services, billing, support, security, disputes, or legal obligations. Backups and payment records may remain after account deletion. You can request removal of remaining information below.
Deleting your account
In current apps, use Profile to delete your account. Associated web subscriptions are cancelled as part of deletion; app-store subscriptions must be cancelled separately. If a billing issue prevents deletion, contact us for help.
Older accounts and some retained records may need separate removal. Send us one request covering the accounts you used; we will review it and explain what can be deleted and what must be retained.
Your privacy rights
Email support@coinscreener.ai to request access, correction, or deletion, or to make a privacy complaint. We may verify your identity, then review your request and explain the outcome. Do not send passwords or card details. You may also contact a privacy regulator, including Australia's OAIC where applicable.
Children
Our services are not directed to children. Contact us if you believe a child has provided personal information so we can investigate and address it.
Policy updates
We will update this page when our practices change and provide additional notice or seek consent where required by law.
